Chamu Jayashri

Chamu Jayashri is a Kalamkari artist who studied the art from Kalakshetra, Chennai. She practices the ancient form of making kalamkari art the very authentic way. Her pieces of art are a rare and unique collection which deserve to be preserved.

She is the first generation Kalamkari Artist the family. A degree holder in Bachelor of Business Management. Learnt Kalamkari art form, at Kalakeshtara Chennai from 2014 – 2016. By 2020 was awarded a special award from the Collector for the Kalamkari art work done with natural colours.
